ABOUT US

After many years each in separate careers with greatly diverging schedules, they found a business that lets them spend time together while working. 

Matt has had a lifelong passion for cooking, Pizza has always been his favorite thing to create in the kitchen.  After perfecting his dough recipe, Matt has been sharing his talents with the world.

Kristen has been in the restaurant business her entire working career. As a bartender she developed her people skills and restaurant know how.  She enjoys being able to share her love for making pizza and making people happy. 

Both enjoy meeting new people and love to throw a party.  When you book a party with Fire in The Kitchen, you're sure to see their smiling faces.

To feed his passion, Kristen bought him his first wood fired pizza oven - at only 12” x 14”, this oven changed everything.  A few months later, the little oven evolved into a true wood burning oven with a cook surface of 2’ x 3’ - the perfect midsize oven.  One year later, a commercial sized wood burning oven that is fixed to a trailer.  Now that we have six years under our belt, we now proudly drive around in a full size box truck.

PRICING

2024 PRICING

 

Party of 50 or less is $1100,  with tax & gratuity $1400.

Anyone over the initial 50 is $15 per person in addition. 
This includes up to 2 hours of unlimited pizzas.

 

Salad or Dessert pizza’s

For parties of 100 guests or less is $100.

For  parties 150 or less $150.

For parties 200 or less $200

For parties larger the 200 call for pricing.

A $500 deposit is required to hold the date.

A Final head count is needed one week prior to the event. 

Our menu is seasonal, and some options are not always available. However we always bring 8-10 different Varieties of pies including our classics along with a few seasonal specialties. 

Gluten Free option is available for those who are not celiac. 

We provide paper plates, napkins, and cutlery. 

Travel Fees my apply.

Gratuity will be added to all  parties
